What is your cancellation policy?

While it is understandable that you have changed your mind and decided to cancel your order, we can not refund or reverse your transaction. We will be giving you store credits instead.

How can I cancel an order?

So sorry to see you go! You have the option to cancel your order by sending an email to ship@remedy.ph. You can opt to cancel your order within 24 hours. 

Note that cash refunds or credit card reversals are not allowed because of irreversible charges made by the payment gateways.

Instead, you will be given store credits of the exact amount.

How do store credits work?

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a digital gift card with the refunded amount.

This card is not transferable and can only be used when you checkout using the same email address.

Digital gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen.

They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Gift cards are final sale.
